SETIA has adopted a management system that needs the requirements of

ISO 9001: 2015.

SETIA delivers a high-level of quality service to our customers, providing accurate information, easy navigation of systems, and a high standard of training quality for our employees.

The SETIA Quality Management System (QMS) has been developed to comply with regulatory industry standardization and customer quality requirements for services provided by SETIA. The QMS describes SETIA’s commitment to constantly provide quality services, meet customer requirements, and enhance customer satisfaction. SETIA is fully accredited to the current ISO standards and is fully committed to maintaining the level of quality that our customers require.

ISO 45001:2018

Our documentation is in line with the international standards of ISO 45001: 2018. 

SETIA has rolled out “NO OPPORTUNITY FOR HARM” and “ZERO MEDICAL TREATMENT CASE" campaigns throughout our organization to prioritise the safety of each person, with the ultimate aim of everyone going home safely every day, free from injury or ill health. The campaign empowers all employees to take personal responsibility for the safety of themselves and others.  

SETIA is currently in the process of obtaining 

ISO 14001:2015 certificate.

SETIA has assessed and evaluated the environmental impact and risks arising from our operations, in order to protect the environment and provide the necessary resources to ensure controls are maintained to prevent pollution.

SETIA has developed a program of management improvement plans that ensures continual improvement of the company’s performance by reducing waste within the business, conserving energy and reducing CO2 emissions. To achieve this, SETIA fully assesses all operations and determines controls necessary to reduce risk, ensures employees are correctly trained, and buildings and equipment are adequately serviced and maintained to a high standard.
